This allowed us to address incidents in real time while introducing meaningful improvements such as third-party integrations, optimized infrastructure costs, and multi-language functionality for the online booking process. The cleanup and restructuring of the iOS backend reduced the overall codebase by more than 120,000 lines, removing deprecated modules and improving maintainability for future development cycles.

Database performance improved dramatically after rewriting the top 100 most underperforming queries, eliminating deadlocks and reducing server load while cutting operating costs.
